Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page explains when and how a customer of Shrey Aadi Defence Academy can cancel a subscription and request a refund. It is a legal contract between the customer and Shrey Aadi Defence Academy ("we", "us") and supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can stop your subscription at any time:
- From inside the app: open Profile → Subscription → Cancel auto-renewal.
- By writing to support@shreyaadi.co.in from the email address registered to your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to paid features until that date.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following situations:
- 7-day money-back guarantee on the first paid plan only. If, within seven (7) days of your first successful payment, you decide Shrey Aadi is not for you, write to support@shreyaadi.co.in and we will refund the full amount minus payment-gateway charges. This applies to the first paid plan per account; renewal payments are non-refundable.
- Duplicate payment. If our system charged your card twice for the same plan due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate within 7 working days. No request needed — our reconciliation cron detects and flags duplicates.
- Service unavailability. If a confirmed outage on our side prevents you from accessing the service for more than 72 continuous hours, we will pro-rate a refund on request.
3. How to Request a Refund
Eligible customers (paid in the last 7 days, see §1) can file a refund request directly here:
If you can't sign in, you can still email us:
- Email support@shreyaadi.co.in from the address registered to your account.
- Subject line:
Refund request — <your name> — <order id>. - Body: state the reason briefly. We may ask for clarification.
- We will respond within 2 working days with a refund decision.
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment instrument within 5–7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer; some refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement.
5. Effect on Your Account
Once your refund is processed:
- The corresponding subscription is automatically deactivated. You will lose access to paid features immediately.
- Your account is preserved (saved progress, attempt history, bookmarks). You can re-subscribe at any time.
- You will receive an email confirmation with the refund reference number.
6. Trial Period
Free trial usage incurs no charge and therefore is not refundable. Trials end automatically at the limit (questions or days, whichever comes first) — no cancellation required.
7. Pricing Errors
In the rare event a plan is mistakenly listed at the wrong price (system error), we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund any amount paid, and notify you of the corrected price before re-billing.
8. Contact & Grievance Redressal
If you are not satisfied with the resolution to your refund request, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer:
